In January 2004, our effort and commitment to the organisation, management and improvement of all procedures leading to the provision of customer-focused services paid off when we became the first company in the sector to gain certification of its Quality Management System under the ISO 9001 norm relating to “Activities of design, production and installation of items and features related to organisations’ corporate images”.
Since then, we have continued to improve our tools and processes as we constantly strive for excellence and to achieve our ultimate goals of ever-increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Indeed, this strategy has led us to incorporate new activities and to develop new production processes, as a result of which we are now quality certified for wider range of activities under norm EN NP ISO 9001:2008.
Conscious of the highly positive results that the implementation of our quality management system has brought to Vinilconsta over recent years, and its contribution to the increasingly streamlined and effective management of the company, our aim is to improve it even further in a continuous effort to meet our customers’ most demanding needs. This is, after all, our main priority as a business.
